Ban Prangthong
(Code: A00062)

Ban
Prangthong is a housing and villa development
project situated on the holiday paradise island
of Phuket, in Thailand. The land plots and
houses are carefully placed amidst tropical
palm trees and exotic gardens featuring ponds
and lakes. The location is quiet and safe,
due to being in one of Phuket's more exclusive
areas, away from the hustle and bustle of
busy tourist beaches like Patong. Yet, Ban
Prangthong is close to Phuket town with a
highly developed infrastructure and historically
interesting buildings in the older part of
the city.
Villa Wichit
Villa Wichit offers 230 m? of living space
along with 320 m? of land. Windows are tall
and
narrow,
roofs Balinese style. The two upstairs bedrooms,
both en suite, share a large terrace. Downstairs,
the living area is set in its own, stand-alone
villa, with the kitchen, dining room, laundry
and third bedroom in one structure.
This Villa combines
the very best of local materials such as hard
wood, granite, slate, sandstone and ceramics.
Q-CON blocks provide thermal insulation ensuring
that the house stays cool and being fire resistant
for a duration of up to four hours.
State-of-the-art
local fittings, fixtures and engineering systems
ensure a safe and maintenance-free living
comfort. The external appearance and colors
of the villas take their lead from the colors
and materials found around the site. The colors
of the rocks and tree trunks, sand and water
are echoed in the villas' external appearance.
Specific materials
defined by the design architect for use are
predominantly traditional.
